We raise pasture-raised beef, pork, and chickens. The chickens are fed certified organic grain and grass. Our beef is dry-aged for at least 21 days so it is full-flavored and very tender. Our smoked pork products are nitrate-free. We sell at farmers markets retail and also custom meat. We also sell veggies with compost and non-chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.
